There are times we all need support when faced with a difficult challenge, have the need to resolve a problem or navigate the complexities of life. There are times when we need help to make sense and understand our emotional world. Whatever It is that brings you to therapy, I can help you, through a collaborative process to achieve your goals.


I utilize an eclectic approach in addition to incorporating mindfulness practices in order to create the space needed to embark on the journey to a more meaningful, purposeful life.
